I have done a review on SA homeloans before on your platform No response Again I have sent them full details of my situation Tenant not paying House is sold waiting for transfer to go through Busy with eviction process with tenant And they just don’t help or even attempt to help They tell me today they going forward with foreclosure This is after all my mails explaining my financial situation Now I have legal fees too for getting the tenant out so that the new buyer can move in and pay occupational rent. Are they telling me that there is not 1 person is authority that can put this bond on hold till everything is sorted!! They show zero concern for people and their struggles! Even when you update them and show all documents as evidence! They have incredibly low trust - surely they would want to improve this by starting to help individuals They are mercenary, cruel and have zero compassion
