I have a homelaon with them for 12 years

I have a homelaon with them for 12 years. I'm not in arrears. I asked them if they can give me a relieve for 6 months on my bond, maybe half, they simply just send me a email back they are sorry they cannot. In the light of the rising interest rate Im going to difficulty. Can you help me
