Horrific turn of events after death

My husband and I got a homeloan with SA homeloans thinking we'd gotten excellent service. Short of it my husband died in May 2022. Lo and behold come time to pay up the loan with the bond protector a letter is fabricated claiming they cannot pay as my husband is no longer insured. Conveniently, when did I become the only insured when everything else on the bond was addressed as Mr and Mrs...? Horrific side of SA Homeloans! Natrisha to be exact...
