Horrible services

I have the worst experience trying to buy a home using SA home loan . They do not take their clients serious and are inconsiderate of their clients . I have been approved months ago for a house but I have to beg to move in and have to beg for an update . I am extremely disgusted and even wonder if it was a white person buying the home would they get the same treatment .
