Horrible Service

I the year 2020 I app**** to switch my home loan from an existing bank to SA Home. I was told to sign with conveyancing attorneys before they even approve my application. During the process, they canceled the bond with my current bank. I was later told my application to switch the bond was unsuccessful. I discovered they moved all my significant documents to SA Homeloan . To date, documents are still sitting with them.

I urged SAHL to return all documents to my original bank as I am still obligated to pay my Bond. I don't know what to do anymore. I am always getting conflicting messages. SA Homeloans has caused this mayhem, and they are not taking accountability. This is ********* AND POOR GOVERNANCE. WHEN IS THE OBUDSMAN GOING TO STEP IN WHEN OUR RIGHTS ARE BEING VIOLATED LIKE THIS?
