Home owners insurance SA Homeloans

I have a home owners policy with SA Homeloans what I'm trying to cancel. It is an impossible task. I'm trying since the beginning of October 2021 to cancel the policy without any success. They also overvalue your property and their premiums are the most expensive in the industry. Their client service are also non existent.
