Home Lon Switch

I was told my home loan has been declined because the company I work for has no listing.

I would like to know how does my loan application be declined because the company I work for does not list/market themselves. As I am just an employee at this company I think this is very unfair that I cannot have a loan a lot smaller than the value of my house because of how they do their marketing. My home value is R1,400,000.00 and I asked for R370,000.00. I do not remember seeing any part of your application criteria telling me this would be a deciding factor on my application.

I previously loaned from SA homeloans for a home, which was paid off years before the 20 year time and I continued to pay the insurance of around R300 every month for a few months after paying off my home loan. I never missed a payment, in fact many a time paid more than necessary into my account. I believe I was an excellent client with a good history with you. My home is worth a lot more than what I am asking to loan and therefore really shocked to hear that this and my history has no bearing at all and my application has been denied because of a company listing not done that I only work for.
