Home Loan Switch

I am very disappointed to say the least. I app**** for home loan transfer to incorporate my debt. First time round it was declined because of my current bond account being paid late and now affordability. I honestly thought this was the best company to have a home loan at, but now I think they are really discriminating. I will not suggest them to anyone. They definitely do not provide what their motto says....

"Get A Better Experience, Whether you're a first-time buyer, a property investor or wanting to switch your bond, you'll have a very different experience from the moment you start talking to us."

I had a really bad experience!!
