Hidden agenda?

I app**** for a bond on an existing property of mine. (I own the house). Before the application I was told I qualify for R450 000. Then I was told I only qualify for R400 000. The property alone is worth over 4 times the amount. Then there was a rigmarole as my income is from a trust fund. Even though I provided statements, letters etc there were many queries. Finally we got everything together and I waited. I received a phone call to say I could not afford the loan? Huh? First you tell me I qualify for an amount then you tell me I can't afford it?

I approached another institution and got the loan at a lower interest rate! Up yours SA Home Loans. I will NEVER suggest you to anybody. You have a hidden agenda and this is obvious!
