Handed over to collections incorrectly by SA Home Loans

In early 2024, my husband SA Home Loan to arrange the cancellation of the insurance due to our relocation. The house was no longer in our name as of July 22, 2024., SA Home continued to deduct and increase the insurance premiums. In January 2025 after receiving messages from the collections office, I an email but still received no. The debit order was still active. We a reconciliation and a refund to be done..
