Great serve by Ruth M

We had an issue with an application where we were given ill advise by one of SA home loan agents. We sought out a second opinion. To be honest, all the agents we spoke to from the institution were very impatient while providing clarity and advise. They barely listened to the issue. I persisted until I reached Ruth M's line (do not know her surname). She was unavailable when I called. I left a message and before end of business she got back to me. I explained to her the situation. He advised. We spoke for over 20 minutes with me mostly asking questions and seeking advise. We concluded the call by saying that she will seek further advise for my problem from her manager and that she'll call me in the morning. In the morning she called to let me know that the manager was and had been in a meeting that entire morning. Promised to get back to me within an hour. Called while she was out of the office to inform me that she had to step out of the office and that the manager was still in a meeting whem she left and that she is on her way back to the office and she'll give me a call once she's spoken to him.

This woman went beyond the call of duty to help in this situation. She was patient with me and made sure I got the help I needed. I am very grateful.
