Geyser problem

2022September 9 i ms K van Wyk launched a claim whereby there was an inbrake at my house and all the copper pipes was ****** and the house insurance send me the Kopano company to come and fix the problem then they did,now I'm stacked with the geyser which is whistling from the taps of warm water as if there's high pressure somewhere when reporting the matter I'm been taken from pillar to post by both companies please intervene and help me.
