Geyser - No Help

Good day <br> <br> on the 22 February 2016, your plumber Wayne from Imbazo Trading came out to fix my busted geyser, he did not replace the geyser he replaced the vaccume breaker and I had to pay him R750.00. This morning the 21 March 2016 my geyser is leaking once again. So I called SA Home loan, I called in this morning and spoke to Jantela (that is how she spelt her name when I asked her to spell it for me) ref. no.: SAH*** regarding my geyser as it is leaking once again and the water is running through the roof in the kitchen as well as your plumber Wayne, he is away until after Easter. Jantela said she was going to let me know within an hour who will be coming out to see to the problem that was at 10:55am, no one has contacted me as yet. <br> I want me geyser replace and I am not prepared to pay another cent. This is totally unacceptable. I want a guarantee on the work carried out as I am not prepared to keep paying. If no one contacts me I will contact my own independent plumber and have the geyser replaced and the invoice will be sent to SA Home loans. <br> I have had an intendent plumber come out and he says the geyser must be changed and it should have been done the first time
