Gate Motor

Gave SA Homeloans a call on monday my gate motor packed up they supp**** me with a reference number 175874 supplier when out to check gate motor tuesday morning phoned me to tell me that he has submitted the claim to SA Homeloans and that they will pay me out only R2000.00 if this is true then i dont understand the misleading renewal policy letter send from Richard Loynes on 27-07-2015 clause 3.8 where it misleadingly states ( we have increased the maximum cover for accidental damage to electric gate,garage,swimming pool and jacuzzi motors , water pumping machinery or burglar alarms to R15000.00 ) I have been with SA Homeloans for over ten years , please can someone call me and tell me what the hell is going on as this is poor service from SA Homeloans
