Futher Advance *** FEELING CONFUSED AND NOT IMPRESSED ****

<p>my dad is trying to take a further advance on his home loan. He is with SA home loans for long period, no premium was ever missed and the payment is going of debit order. Sa homeloans dont wanted to approve him and said i must sign suretory and then there is a cost of r 2000.00 which we have to pay.. please tell me how the hell do you work. For an account with you so long still get declined and the loan amount is still no huge is under R 60 000.00</p> <p>Please explain this because i dont understaand</p> <p> </p>
