Further leading refused to give me funds...

Worse home loan every.

I currently have 2 bonds with Sa home loans. Wanted to do further lending. They declined me because my rates where in arrears after I had explained that I had a court order give to evict the previous owner and was in a delema and couldn't keep up with 2 bonds as the one property was meant to be a rental property.

I've been trying to access funds but they simply refuse. After I've sent all my court documents. I'm not behind with any installments just the municipality rates of the one property. I've mentioned that that case is not over the previous owner still needs to pay as I won the case with cost. Our court needs to appoint a new magistrate so they can continue to claim cost that I won on the case.

All this Sa home loans refuses to take I to account.
