From pillar to post

My house was damaged during the tornado here at Protea Glen Ext22. It has now been a week after claiming from the insurance. They have sent 2 Assessors and now they are sending the 3rd Assessor of which I m still waiting for meanwhile, the roof , the ceiling the structure(house) are damaged now they are taking me from pillar to post. I pay every month but when claiming nobody whats to take responsibility. I m so disappointed with the service I m getting. Now all my neighbour's houses are done with the repairs. I keep calling they are saying they have sent the assessor the disappointing part its about to rain
