Flood claim

I see you guys have this profile whereby we cannot paot on urls wall... i wonder why... SA Homeloans.... what a disappointment..... u guys soryed my house out after the floods of April lastyear... we wer forced to move back in August because u guys didnt want to continue paying the rent at the house we were temporarily residing in... work continued even after we moved back... poor workmanship due to rushing.... in december your appointed contractors told myself and my wife that they would contact us in January 2023.... to date no one contacted us... we are still awaiting completion of the snaglist and many things we are not satisfied with, eg the tiling and mosiac.... we provided quotations for our service providers and you guys did not use them... eg... Mikes Kitchens Tongaat , urban electrical etc.... url used Lf Contractors and Lf Kitchens to do the job... who subcontracted work to other people.... what a huge disappointment... poor workmanship.... i wonder if any of you guys would accept such work in urls homes... i mail the peraon incharge of my claim... shailen who now left sa homeloans and now i mail Camelan Naidoo who asked to mail him and does not even respond to mails... this claim is still opened to date... are you guys not interested in closing it???? I sent a mail stating that my granite table in da garage is moving and the granite in the main kitchen moved because u guys put a plus minus 10cm piece... i also mentioned that yourl provided me with a coc for the electrical with alternate power.... but u guys refused to replace my generator... how can this be issued... the plumber made me select a giberette toilet for around plus minus r2000 which was difficult to find... eventualky i found 1... when he went to purchase it, the company sold the seat n he purchased the toilet without the seat n placed an order for it... its over a year and i havent received the seat as yet.... the paint is peeling because the walls were still when painted... url came back n painted but its still peeling, the extractor fan in the main bathroom is falling again after url replaced it for the 2nd time. The tiling is a disaster in the bathrooms... n we complained on numerous occasions but nothing has been done to rectify this... Andre said he will get back to us in January, its now September. No correspondence and no calls from him. The builtin cupboards have *****s that are visible in every room. We complained about this and the owner says they dnt cover these... cupboard doors are coming out, cupboard shelves are bowing, granite is moving... the granite guys broke my granite table n tgey cut an L n placed it in my garage kitchen. So much transpired and now i am fed up of urls lack of courteousy. Is this the people SA Homeloans entrusts to do their work when they cannot rectify our problems??? Remember my premuims are paid in advance and i dnt think i derserve this treatment from SA Homeloans and the contractors appointed. I used to tell all my colleagues to move their bonds to SA Homeloans but now after my experience with you and your contractors i will not tell people to join url as SA Homeloans is such a huge disappointment. I will be commenting on Hello Peter also and i will report this matter to the Ombudsman. What a disappointment. If u guys were over whelmed with claims during the floods then you guys should have used my service providers to do the job and we wouldnt be in this predicament right now.
