False promises false advertising

I app**** for a bond switch to SA Homeloans in January. After many admin and documents they approved my application. The agent promised me that I would get a lump sum cash out within 72 hours after approval. They sent me the approval letter and I signed. It was confirmed approved and that the lump sum would be paid. It is now deep in March. No money paod out. Im deeper in debt than ever before because I "used" money I did't have because I was given false hope and promose that I would get this money in 72 hours. Now I an in arrears with all my debtors because I used that money for necessities. Who wouldn't from a "reputable" company if they are promised money within 72 hours. Now there is still no sign of the cash out or the bond awitch whatsoever. And even the lawyers working with it can not tell me when it will happen. Be warmed. If SA Homeloans promise a cashout in 72 hours after approval.... they are lying.

It will take months, and maybe more..... who knows. From that time I got no feesback from SA Homeloans....

SA Homeloans agent phoned me and repectfully requested me to withdraw this hellopeter complaint. Said the fault was ABSA's fault and not theirs.

At long last.... more than three months later and much indebted....
Now the fight will begin to make them accept a stop order. Because they say they can only do that for Government people. Apparently Municipality is bot government to them. Will be losing R800 housing subsidy because of this....
