False listing on ITC, but Bank cannot find it

After applying for a further loan from SA HomeLoans I get told that I have a listing from Capitec Bank for an unpaid loan during a credit check.<br> Huffing and puffing I contact Capitec Bank (and hellopeter), who tells me that I owe them nothing, but they need the information to try and resolve the issue as to how the listing happened.<br> I am still waiting for the proof from SAHL, although I was told: \I am unable to forward the credit report to you as this is for SA Home loans lending purposes\".<br> My only conclusion is that SAHL is falsly claiming the listing, although I cannot see what benifit it can have for them.<br> "
