False Advertising

In 2015 I saw an advert were SA Home loans Bragg about how they help a lady with now income and only a house, to get her business up and running. The whole thing is that SA Home loans bragg how they help people in difficult situations. So 22 December 2015 I put my application in at Menlyn Branch. At the end of January 2016 I followed up on what the result of my application is. Only to find out that SA Homeloans losed my papers and that their agent never followed it up. Then he was running around and got all these excuses why they are still taken so long. After 3 months they declined my application on the grounds that they do not finance houses of which half the property are been sequestrated. My x wife have been sequestrated and half the property is on my name, so I had to buy her half. Why do SAHomeloans wait 3 months to tell me they dont do properties with sequestration on. Now my home is been jeopardize by their actions. If they had told me in December 2015 the dont do it I would have withdrawn my application and would have put it in with a institution that is will to help. Not one giving lip service only.
