Extremely Poor service delivered

I live in Krugersdorp Gauteng. On the 09/01/2016 at 4pm there was a very bad hail storm in Krugersdorp which caused excessive amount of damage to my property. I reported the damage to SA Home Loans Insurance as I have an insurance policy with them on the 11/012016. I got a claim number *** and was told that a person by the name of Anele Zondo was going to handle the claim. On the 13/01/2016 a contractor came to access the damage. He then told me that SA Home Loans Insurance would contact me. I waited a month and got no reply from SA Home Loans Insurance. So I phoned them on the 08/02/2016 to find out how far the claim was. Upon giving my claim number to them I was told that only some of the damages would be repaired. I appealed and an assessor came out to my property on the 16/02/2016 which to assess the damages. The report was sent to SA Home Loans Insurance on the 19/02/2016. I phoned the insurance again and again, leave messages and no one gets back to me. Yesterday I phoned them again and asked to speak to the manager. I was told he's busy but will contact me and no one did. It's been 2 months since the hail and nothing is resolved. URGENT SERVICE PLEASE.
