Extremely poor Service

Good day A geyser problem was reported today to SA Homeloans. I was informed that geysers are considered as an emergency and the Service Provider will respond swiftly. Their appointed Service provider 24 Fix contact me and advise they can only attend to the problem the next day after 11:00.This was very disappointing that the problem can only be attended to the next day, considering that the water was running uncontrollably.

I called them back and I was informed by Sheneez that Emslee will call me back for an alternative. No phone call was ever received by Emslee. Disappointing and Poor Service.
