EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED

I have been paying my bond via eft for the past two years. SAHL still try to put the debit order through monthly, although I have requested them not to do this. It accumulates unnecessary cost every month. I was told they can not stop the debit order. This is absurd and utterly ridiculous. Then I get calls, where I need to answer a lot of stupid "security" questions. THEY foned ME. I need to ask them security question. I am so sick of this, and I wish I could change my bond to another institution
