extremely bad service

Do not take their building/bond insurance. They rejected my claim for gas explosion damaged kitchen cabinets and ceiling and 2 other rooms ceilings. they told me damage was from the ceiling collapsing by itself due to distancing between the structure that support the roof. i provided videos and picture as evidence they told to get my own private assessor at my cost to start their internal claim dispute process. their assessor came 4 days after the explosion...
