Extremely Bad Customer Treatment by SA Homeloans

I have a home loan with this sharks which is deducted directly from my employer every month. Every month on the 25th I get calls, emails and smses that my account is in arrears even though I am not in arrears. For the past 5 months or so I have checked with this company and their records clearly indicates that my payments reflect with them around the 29 every month and still they continue to harass me with "nonpayment threats. I tried to reason with them to wait until last day of the month for the payment to reflect and they blatantly refuses.The NCA clearly states that I can be in arrears only after a calendar month. Do not be misled by their adverti*****ts and rather get your homeloan from traditional reputable banks.
