HI Letter of complain

May u please intervene as they broke into my house and the door was smashed so the insurance is offering me THE ATTACHED AMOUNT WHICH IS FAR LESS to fix the door they said they could`nt find the door.I went to various manufacturer the door is available and it cost R8000.With the amount they are offering I still have to pay for labour nd replace the tiles around.Im not happy with the amount offered as its too little to meet the required job needed.
