I recently app**** for a homeloan at SA Homeloans. I was assisted by Jermaine Pillay. Mr Pillay was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the product. He was patient in explaining the process. He took his time going through the application. I was kept abreast of the application through the entire process with regular updates. Issues I had not considered ie the interest rate were negotiated on my behalf, to my advantage. Well done Jermaine Pillay on making this a pleasant and easy experience. I am so impressed with your professionalism and the respectful manner that you treated me. He is an asset to the team at S A Home loans.
