Excellent customer service

I would like to thank Musa Mlangeni for the excellent customer service I received when when my first bond application was not 100% approved. I spoke to him over the phone and he gave me reasons why my bond wasn't approved and how I could improve my credit profile so I can have a better chance next time. I app**** again after a few months and he kept giving me feedback on the application and what outstanding documents I needed. Today my bond was 100% approved thanks to Musa. I would recommend his services to anyone
