Electrical Certificate

Policy *** (***) Home Owners Insurance HOC by sa homeloans, I need help to where I should take my matter. They force this insurance into us. My question to them is, how can they insured a property without the owner not having electrical certification to confirm that the house doesn't have electrical defects that can cause fire. They are refusing to terminate this insurance, please ask them to email me the copy of electrical certificate, since moving into the house I haven't receive one up to today.
