Duplicate Listing of My Bond Account of R 689 319 with TransUnion

<p>Dear SA Home loans</p> <p> </p> <p>I will be reporting you to the Creditombud for the duplicate listing on the TransUnion Credit Bureau and not sure how many others.</p> <p>I will also be reporting you to https://www.hellopeter.com as I am not sure which process will be quicker or more effect to resolve my Complaint</p> <p> </p> <p>The following attachment refer</p> <p>1. Proof of my current listing ref – 0 ********** Pages 6 and 7</p> <p>2. Email</p> <p>3. Pictures of the same listings</p> <p>4. Proof of the listing from 2016 - ref – 0 ********** Pages 6 and 8</p> <p> </p> <p>Correspondence as follows</p> <p>· Contacted TransUnion Credit Bureau (Email insert) in about February 2017 to remove the listing which was done.</p> <p>· Emailed attached dated Wed 2017/06/07 07:42 AM to remove the duplicate listing as the listing reappear after 1 month on my profile</p> <p>· My Telecom communication to the SA Home Loans help desk about 2weeks ago – The Consultant indicated the following</p> <p>o This is a IT issue and will be directed to the relevant department and A Manager will be contacted me (No one has contacted me)</p> <p>o The consultant indicated that there was a message on my SA Home Loans Profile and would make additional notes to resolve the Duplicate listing</p> <p>o Initially the consultant indicted he would direct my call to Credit Department as can see my account is in arrears R 366.42 current arrears </p> <p>o I further advised the consultant I am aware of the arrears However brought to his attention that SA Home Loans has Listing my twice for and amount of R 689 319,00</p> <p> </p> <p>The reason for my complaint is that this Duplicate listing has affected my credit worthiness from 2016 Scanned Doc attached my then 10 page report</p> <p> </p> <p>Hoping that my Complaint will be resolved soonest</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind regards</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Stephen Purdy</p> <p>Cell ********** 477</p> <p>Bond ACC NO. ********** </p>
