Suggested by S.A. Homeland Head Office, Durban a family switch on our home loan. My son has been paying our home loan through Debt Review for over 5 years as my husband and I were made redundant. The bond goes up R1000 per year and that has been met every time by my son on our behalf. He app**** via East Rand office and told he does not qualify. Head office said he did qualify as does the calculator on the website. Head office now said he does not qualify over 23 years, when he wanted 25 or 30 years. 23 years cannot be explained well enough and he has been paying what he needs to if he took over the bond, IN FACT It has just gone up by R1000 more than is needed by taking over the bond. Where is the justice and or fairness!!!!!!!!!!
