Do not take their insurance - ****!

Wouldn’t recommend taking their building insurance. They wont pay, even for the smallest claim. The rejection letter is very much vague and all over the place regarding why they rejecting claims. 2 months to get a pathetic response on a claim. The claim assessor they sent even has the never to say he was hoping the damage was on boundary wall I share with my neighbour so the claim can easily be rejected. In calling to get clarity on the rejection, I was told I need to get my own assessment report for them to review the claim.
