Dissatisfied and disgusted

My Husband and I have a Home loan with SA Homeloans since 2007, I was recently retrenched and I have asked them to assist us for a few months in reducing our Bond repayments as I'm trying to find another job. Their response was that they cannot assist us because we only have 3 years left on our Bond and that is their process. Well obviously it's because we done paying the interest on our Bond and they no longer making money off us. Very disappointed and disgusted with them.
