Dissatisfaction of Incomplete job

The 6th January I experienced a collapsed ceiling in my lounge room whereby I went to their office to launch a claim 3 different assessors the following week of the 13th January whereby I personally show each one the damage that has occurred but on the 20th when one of the contractors came for repairs only half job is done I am left with the pvc ceiling which is not the same my corridor ceiling no longer the same as the one in my lounge,window glasses which cracked not replaced,broken eye of ccv camera which was attached to the ceiling not replaced I had to organize self the ADT security company to come and remount the alarm eye in the lounge.As for the claim of since 2022 where my suit was leaking from the roof and the water running to my main bedroom and has damaged my chest of drawer,the floor and some of the tiles has cracked and caused the floor to become uneven the company let the contractors to paint and untidyly regrouting without repair or any replacement of damaged tiles therefore I'm paying this company truthfully but in return from them is a hell and frustration their giving me please please please help me.
