Disheartened and Frustrated

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the recent rejection of my house damage claim by SA Homeloans, as outlined in the generic rejection letter dated 24th January 2024.

As a loyal client of SA Homeloan for the past 13 years, I have always appreciated the professionalism and reliability of your services. However, the handling of my recent claim has left me feeling disheartened and frustrated.

The damages to my property were a direct result of the severe weather patterns experienced in the Free State Province, particularly in the areas around Bloemfontein, Botshabelo, and Thaba Nchu, during the festive season of December 2023. The region witnessed strong winds and heavy rains between the 13th and 16th of December 2023, as well as from the 23rd to the 30th of December 2023.
