SA Homeloans and their representing attorney Joshila Desia Attorneys:

The buyer of my home has used SA Homeloans, from October 2023 to date, and the buyer has been requested almost daily for other documentation.

SA homeloans and the attorneys cannot provide a full list of required documentation in one go. They ask for individual documents to be submitted, and the attorney then says that SA Homeloans take three working days to reply to them. The attorney also does not reply promptly to requests, you will wait for days to receive any response.

As a seller and to those who are applying for bonds please take note that SA Homeloans will delay the process for as long as possible, and cause as much frustration as possible, a process that should not take more than 3 months has now taken six months and counting.
