Disgusting Service

Absolutely disgusting attitude and service from Darshen Naik. He is the most useless consultant that i ever dealt with in my life. He is always on a lunch break (at all different times) whenever i call and he never returns any calls. We were paying insurance for many years and never claimed. Now that we are claiming we are told that there is nothing that they can do. Darshen refuses to understand or listen (or maybe it is beyond his comprehension) to anything. S.A. Homeloans employ *********** staff and the customers have to suffer.
