DISGUSTED

Absolutely disgusted with service for Port Elizabeth branch. Today I tried calling my local branch but only got engaged signal. We got in our car and drove to the branch to get information. The receptionist informed us that due to load shedding the telephones dont operate because the battery is gone. I requested to speak to an consultant but was told that this branch only deals with NEW business and that I must take a card,go home and phone the call center. I have been a loyal customer for 18 years and have never missed a payment and then get treated like this. So you only want new business and to hell with your current customers. Absolutely disgusted with your service. I was recently contacted by a different service provider regarding a bond transfer but declined because I am loyal to SA Homeloans. I will now contact that provider and see what they offer me.
