Disappointing Service and Incomplete Information

Good day

I spoke to a Nicole today to provide me with details in closing my Homeloan Account. She also advise that the early settlement figure will be emailed to me, coupled by a form which I have to complete and send back to them I already made the settlement payment but to date still no cancellation form received.
