Disappointing service!!!

The worst service ever!!! We've app**** for a further loan on our property on 19 May 2024 and submitted all our documents on 20 May 2024. Two days later we received a call to say that some of the documents were not received and that we had to resubmit, which we did immediately. No response for the rest of the week. Ons 27 May, we've received a call to say that our house needs to be reevaluated. On 28 May, our house was reevaluated but not response from the agent who assisted us. After an email I've sent today to enquire about the outcome, I was phoned to say that we were unsuccessful. I've asked for a written response to our request as I would like to keep it on record but up to now, nothing! They are the worst bank ever!!!
