Disappointed with SA Home Loans
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the decline of my home loan application based on the property being registered as “industrial” at the Deeds Office.
The property I am purchasing is a sectional title unit within a residential complex consisting of approximately 200 units, all of which are used for residential purposes.
My application was initially pre-approved, and I understand that the decline occurred during the validation stage due to the property classification.
