Disappointed with SA Home loans

Been with SA Homeloand for almost 20 years never faulted on payments or insurance, I have a claim pending for over six months with no positive correspondence from sa home loans. This problem is increasing in severity and this is unfair because our account is being debted but we have not been receiving the service we pay for.
