Disappointed

Sa home loans insurance sent to contractor to replace my geyser. However in the process they damaged my roof tiles exactly where the geyser was replaced. and now my roof is licking and the ceiling is damaged it will fall one day. I called them to let them know of the damages and their answer was they are not responsible for the damaged I need to fix it from my pocket. Their contractors are *********** when they damage your property they don't get involved in the fixing. I'm so disappointed in their services.
