Disappeared after sending bond papers

<p>I app**** for a bond through SA homeloans, Nedbank and Bond Gallery There's a lot of paperwork involved and on top of the supporting documents, I completed an 8 page bond application for SA Homeloans. After sending eveything through they disappeared. I sent a follow up mail and nothing. At this stage I decided that if that was their level of service then I didn't want to deal with them so I continued with the other two who were both excellent, particularly Bond Gallery. It's stressful enough going through buying a house and SA Homeloans certainly didn't make it easier. Very disappointed...</p>
