Debt order date change

I’m just trying to move my debt order date as I am renting out my house and I’m working in New Zealand now. But it’s a complete struggle to get hold of Sa home loans and just to reply on a email. See mails below and time taken to respond. It’s just a debt order dat change not rocket science.

Will u please get back to me with an answer why is it so difficult to get hold of u or any help from u. See mails below

Kindly note that your debit order date has to be in line with your salary date.

Please note if you require a change in your debit order date we require confirmation of your new income date in order to process the change.

As proof of income date one of the following documents will be accepted:

· Letter of pay date from your HR Department or

· Your latest salary advice or

· 3 months latest bank stamped statements

Please be advised that by selecting the debit date of the 02nd, a payment on the 25th of September will be for the September instalment and another payment on the 02nd October for October 2019.

Should you wish to change the debit date please advise accordingly and submit the relevant documentation.
