Debt Consolidation AD on Radio

Sa Homeloan is running an AD on Heart 104.9 radio station say you should not work hard just do Debt consolidation to relieve the stress of bills. I thought I could do that as I have been a client of SA HomeLoans for years with and never missed 1 payment. When covid all hell broke loose causing my husband to do Debt Busters but we made sure that it does not Affect SA homeloans as I didn't want that to go there. We where able to manage payment without missing anything. Last year round about June my husband lost his job and had to manage all bill and homeloan. I did that without missing a payment. Now I'm struggling a bit and heard the Ad on the radio and decided to requested for a dept consolidation that SA homeloan is all proud about, They declined me. Even though they had evidence I will be able to afford it and live like their ad says, and even though I told them that I will fall into financial issues and have payment problems if I don't have my debt consolidated. They were ok with me not paying my instalment than with me giving them extra R5000 a month. Not sure why they have the Radio Ad going if they not willing to help their clients.
