Debit Order Date

<p>I have been requesting a debit order date change from SA Home Loans for the past 3 months. I completed a form at their request but I was then later told that the date could not be changed since I also need to give them the following - Letter of pay date from your HR Department or Your latest salary advice or 3 months latest bank statements. I am asking for a date change from the 25th to the 28th...a three day change. I am not aksing them to increase my loan amount or move the earth simply change the debit order date! Most other companies can complete this process telephonically without the need to complete anything. SA Home Loans is more than happy to cost me money by having the debot order returned each month and then I have to make a manual payment for the last 3 months. </p>
