DEBIT ORDER

I received an sms from sa Homeloan on the 20th July 2021 advising that my debit order for my bond will go off on the 23rd which was Friday and no funds were taken from my account Friday the 23rd. I hope this is not going to affect my record due to Sa Homeloans error. I spoke to one of your consultants this AM via the live chat, she couldn’t help. Kindly rectify this and hope you will not up my account in arrears which will impact me negatively
