I have been trying for a month now to cancel my homeloan insurance because it was moved.It was finally cancelled after more than 10 emails and phone calls. Just for the insurance to be deducted once again after I was told the debit order would be without the insurance. I phoned in to complain and all I was told is they cannot help me.
